This booklet is an historical account of the Forest Service, from the agencies beginnings to the present.  Written, researched, and edited by Mary Dussol, Roger R. Bay, Ph.D., Dan Gard, and Darla Brunner, the 32-page booklet served as the "script" for an exhibit displayed the the Historical Museum at Fort Missoula between September 1996 and August 1997.
