Contributions/Gifts
All gifts of $100 or more will be recognized in a commemorative book available at the Museum. Donors giving $1,000 or more will be recognized on the Wall of Honor in the Museum lobby.

Transfer of Stocks, Bonds or Other Securties to the National Museum of
Forest Service History
To Transfer Stock to the National Museum of Forest Service History you
have two options:
1) Personally Contact the Museum’s Broker
Contact Big Sky Wealth Management in Missoula to gift securities to the
Museum, you may telephone Ryan Kisling or Chris Dunbar, Financial Advisors
at Big Sky Wealth Management (1-800-451-0606). Inform Ryan or Chris that
you would like to gift securities to the National Museum of Forest Service
History. They will guide you through the process.
Please contact the museum office (406-541-6374) to notify us that you have
made a stock donation
After the transfer is completed, Big Sky Wealth Management will mail papers
documenting to you the transaction that you need for tax purposes.
2) Ask Your Stock Broker to Transfer the Stock
Information your broker will need:
a) Account Name: National Museum of Forest Service History
b) Account Number: 6540-7670
c) DTC # 0075 (This identifies Big Sky Wealth Management)
For Broker Transfers: PLEASE notify the Museum that you have transferred
stock so that the Museum can acknowledge your gift and you have the records
needs for income tax purposes
